For over 37 years we have been dedicated to the highest level of real customer service and support. Down through the years we have come to label it "Old Fashioned Service." No automated phone attendant with a complicated menu to pick from. We have real people who answer the phone, people who have a genuine appreciation for you as a customer and want to help with your electrical needs.
We urge you to evaluate our "Service and Support" capabilities; we want to help you with the issues no one else does. We can support your standard application needs, but we also excel in problem solving. We do our best to be different from anyone else, a friendly place where everyone pitches in to help. All of us work together to support every customer that walks in the door, calls on the phone, or an e-mails request. The owner, operations manager, sales team, office staff, and warehouse personnel all contribute to customer support with a "whatever it takes attitude."
We presently utilize four facilities in order to fully support our customers. Our central office, along with a 15,000 square foot warehouse, is located at 1612 North 6th Avenue. We utilize an 85,000 square foot warehouse facility located at 1801 Magnolia Avenue. Our Magnolia location gives us the ability to stage large orders, cut and reel large wire orders, and provide flexible customer-oriented deliveries based on the exact daily needs of the job site. Our Cable Center, www.cscc-inc.com, is run by Hal Walker, one of the south’s smartest wire and cable specialist. And we have recently opened a new location at 610 Dolly Parton Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37862, providing the same service to Sevier, Hamblin, Jefferson, Greene, and Cocke.
